Plain Weave: The most common weave. Matching diameter warp and weft wires are woven in a simple over/under pattern, creating a square opening screen. Woven up to 400 mesh.
Twill Weave: Each weft wire passes over/under 2 warp wires. Allows for higher diameter wires for increased mechanical strength and density. Woven from 400 to 635 mesh.
Plain Dutch Weave: Warp wires have a greater diameter than the weft wires. Woven up to 3500 mesh.
Reverse Dutch Weave: Woven in a reverse manner to plain dutch weave, featuring more and finer warp wires with fewer, heavier weft wires.
