🟦 Plain Dutch Weave
Plain Dutch weave wire cloth is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires, as small as micron size, are used in the shute direction and are woven with a larger warp wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The primary uses are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.

🟦 Twill Dutch Weave
Twill Dutch weave combines Dutch and twill weaving to provide a fine mesh filtering cloth. Shute wires are passed over and under two warp wires, providing a tight, fine filter with tapered openings. This allows for micron-sized filtering for gas and liquid applications.

🟦 Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are used for your wire mesh?
We primarily use high-quality stainless steel including grades 302, 304, 316, and 316L for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
What is the difference between Plain Weave and Dutch Weave?
Plain weave uses equal-sized wires for warp and weft, while Dutch weave uses different wire diameters to create a much tighter and stronger filtering mesh.
Can the wire mesh size be customized?
Yes, we offer customized lengths and widths to meet specific industrial requirements. Standard widths are usually 1m, 1.22m, and 1.5m.
What are the primary applications of Twill Dutch Weave?
It is specifically designed for high-precision gas and liquid filtration in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.
How do you ensure product quality?
Our production process is certified by ISO9001, ensuring that every roll of mesh meets international standards for strength and precision.
What is the MOQ for orders?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 roll, making it accessible for both small-scale projects and large industrial needs.
