| Material: | Brass Wire |
Brass wire mesh is a metal mesh material made from brass alloy wire (mainly copper-zinc alloy) woven together with warp and weft threads. The most common "270 brass" material contains approximately 65% copper and 35% zinc, a ratio that gives it a unique golden color. Its mesh openings are primarily uniform square or rectangular, and the weaving process is mature and stable, resulting in a flat, clean, and oil-free mesh surface with a consistent color.
The core specification is defined by "mesh count," which is the number of warp threads per inch. Standard mesh counts range widely, from 1 to 200 mesh (custom sizes up to 300 mesh available). Mesh counts of 1-10 mesh are coarse, 12-40 mesh are medium, and high mesh counts can reach 200 mesh.

Copper wire mesh has the highest copper content among copper mesh products (99.9%). It is soft, malleable, and has high electrical and thermal conductivity, widely used as RFI shielding, Faraday cages, and electrical applications.
