Product Description

We offer a wide range of synthetic filter meshes and fabricated parts made from Polyester, Nylon, Polypropylene, PEEK, and PPS for demanding microfiltration applications. Through specialized processing and rigorous inspection, consistent quality is ensured in every lot, maintaining precise tolerances, uniformity, strength, stability, and cleanliness for applications ranging from 3 to 4,000 microns.

Nylon mesh is suitable for food industry. It is made of food grade nylon 6, non-toxic and odorless.

Key Characteristics

Strength & Elasticity

High tensile strength and large elongation. Excellent wear resistance, ranking top among synthetic fibers.

Resistance

Resists high temperatures without deformation. Resistant to decay, oil, corrosion and alkali with strong chemical stability.

Insulation

Good electrical insulation properties. Provides sound damping and flame-retardant properties.

How to Choose the Right Filtering Cloth?

Mesh Selection Guide
  • Soy milk filtering: 100-150 mesh/inch.
  • Wine and tea impurities: 150-200 mesh/inch (recommended double filtration).
  • Milk or juice filtering: 200-250 mesh/inch.
  • Paint filtering: 80-100 mesh for ground paint; 150-200 mesh for surface paint.
  • Drinking water & fine particulates: 300-400 mesh/inch.

Note: Mesh refers to the number of holes per square inch. The higher the mesh number, the smaller the particle sizes that can pass through the screen.
