Product Overview

Phosphor bronze wire mesh is a kind of copper alloy, with 2% to 8% Sn, approximately 0.1% to 0.4% phosphorous, the balance is copper. Primarily used for woven wire mesh and wire cloth filters, EMI/RFI Shielding and electrical products.

Its qualities of fair electrical conductivity, combined with a low thermal conductivity allows phosphor bronze wire mesh to make electrical connection to devices at ultra low temperature without adding an excessive heat load.

Key Features: Phosphor bronze wire is corrosion resistant, high in tension, high flexibility, magnetism resistant, wear resistant and tear resistant.

Applications: Woven wire mesh and wire cloth made of phosphor bronze wires are mainly used as fine wire cloth in a number of industries. Copper wire has excellent electric conductivity, thermal conductivity, destructibility and corrosion resistant.

  • Width: 0.5m to 2.0m
  • Length/roll: Usually in 30M
  • Weaving Methods: Plain weave and twill weave
