🟦 Product Description

Phosphor bronze wire mesh is a kind of copper alloy, with 2% to 8% Sn, approximately 0.1% to 0.4% phosphorous, the balance is copper. Primarily used for woven wire mesh and wire cloth filters, EMI/RFI Shielding and electrical products.

Its qualities of fair electrical conductivity, combined with a low thermal conductivity allows phosphor bronze wire mesh to make electrical connection to devices at ultra low temperature without adding an excessive heat load.

Features: Corrosion resistant, high in tension, high flexibility, magnetism resistant, wear resistant and tear resistant.
Applications: Mainly used as fine wire cloth in a number of industries for high filtering.
Dimensions: Width 0.5m to 2.0m; Length usually in 30M per roll.
