Expanded metal mesh refers to metal sheets processed by special machinery (sheet metal punching and stretching) to form a network status. It is widely used in various metal screen industries and is also known as diamond mesh, iron net, heavy steel plate net, or punching plate.
Standard expanded metal features diamond-shaped patterns produced by simultaneously slitting and stretching the material.
Flattened expanded metal is produced by passing raised expanded metal through a cold-rolled reducing mill, resulting in a flat and smooth surface.
