Stainless steel wire materials available in SUS302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L. Typical Weaving Patterns include Plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave. Standard lengths are 30m (up to 200m) with widths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 2.0m, or customized strips/discs. We also provide super width mesh from 2.0M to 6.0M, commonly used in paper-making.
Plain Weave
The most common weave where matching diameter warp and shute wires are woven in a simple over/under pattern, creating square openings.
Twill Weave
Each shute wire passes over/under 2 warp wires. Higher diameter wires can be used for superior mechanical strength and density.
Twilled Dutch Weave
Woven 2 over/2 under with smaller diameter shute wires, offering higher particle retention and tighter weaving down to micron sizes.
Plain Dutch Weave
Over/under pattern with heavier warp wires and tight shute wires for high strength, low flow rates, and precise filtering.
