Equipped with state-of-the-art cold wire drawing machines, wire crimping machines, and wire weaving machines, our team handles technical specs for most opening sizes and wire diameters. We also develop custom-designed crimping dies for individualized patterns.

Hook Mining Screen Mesh (Square Openings)
Our crimped wire screen cloth is made of metal wires that have been crimped prior to weaving (pre-crimped weave). This technique enables both the warp and weft wires to nest securely, restricting random movement and ensuring accurate, consistent opening sizes while adding strength and rigidity.
Wire sizes range from 0.41mm to 12.7mm diameter or greater, with clear opening sizes from 0.65mm to 250mm. These screens are widely used in wastewater, oil refining, mining, food processing, security, and construction industries.

Includes Long-Slot Single-Shoot and Triple-Shoot Mesh Screens. These provide maximum open area and prevent blinding or plugging, offering higher throughput and better self-cleaning than square aperture screens.
