Product Overview
We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of crimped wire mesh screens. Since 1995, we have focused on research, development, and manufacture of high-quality crimped wire mesh screens in mild steel, high carbon abrasion resistant steel (65Mn Steel), galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass, and red copper across a diverse range of mesh counts and openings.

Technical Features
Our crimped wire screen cloth is made of metal wires that have been crimped prior to weaving (pre-crimped weave). This technique enables both the warp and weft wires to nest securely, restricting random movement and ensuring accurate, consistent opening sizes while adding strength and rigidity.
Wire sizes range from 0.41mm to 12.7mm diameter or greater, with clear opening sizes from 0.65mm to 250mm. These screens are widely used in wastewater, oil refining, mining, food processing, security, and construction industries.

Classification of Screen Mesh
Square Aperture Mesh Screens
Square aperture mesh screens are widely used as screening media in mining and aggregate industries due to high precision and tensile strength.
  • Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, 65Mn steel, and galvanized steel.
  • Patterns: Double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp, and flat top crimp.
  • Properties: Excellent tear and wear resistance for long useful life.
Crimping patterns
Rectangular / Slotted Opening Mesh
Includes Long-Slot Single-Shoot and Triple-Shoot Mesh Screens. These provide maximum open area and prevent blinding or plugging, offering higher throughput and better self-cleaning than square aperture screens.

Hook Strip Technical Info
Screen cloth panels can be edge hooked by plain wire bending or metal sheathing. Common sheathing materials include galvanized steel (mining), copper (heated decks), and stainless steel (food processing).
Type Name Sketch Specification
TSS-1 Plain Hooked Plain Wire Hooked Bent at 45-65 degrees without sheathing; for 8mm+ diameter wires.
TSS-2 Metal Sheathed Metal Sheathed Hooked Standard for up to 10mm wire; increases strength and prevents pull-out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get custom-made crimped wire mesh products?
Yes, our fabrication capabilities and capacity to custom weave almost any specification allow us to manufacture custom-made products at competitive prices.
Are small samples available for quality examination?
Yes, small samples can be fabricated at no charge for customers to examine the quality before purchasing.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Our production managers follow the progress closely and can provide relevant pictures or videos to give you real-time knowledge of the execution.
What materials are available for the crimped wire mesh?
Available materials include low carbon steel, high carbon steel (65Mn), stainless steel (304, 316L, 2205), galvanized steel, and non-ferrous metals like brass and copper.
What are the benefits of the pre-crimped weaving technique?
Pre-crimping ensures that warp and weft wires nest securely, preventing movement and maintaining consistent opening sizes while significantly increasing the strength and rigidity of the mesh.
Why use slotted opening mesh instead of square mesh?
Slotted openings provide a larger open area and are specifically designed to prevent the blinding or plugging of damp or sticky materials, offering better self-cleaning effects.
