Welded wire mesh is constructed with two orthogonal wires that are joined together at their intersections using a resistance welding process to form a grid. The line wires of the grid are guided through the welder using a pattern board. The machine drops cross wires into place and fuses them together to create the two distinctive planes that form welded wire mesh.

Electro Galvanized Options: Electro galvanized before welding is the most competitive price choice for construction building. Electro galvanized after welding offers better anti-rust properties and is a common commercial building material.

Hot-Dipped Galvanized: This method provides superior anti-rust protection. When galvanized after welding, zinc coating can reach 300g/m2, serving as an excellent alternative to stainless steel.

Specialty Meshes: We offer PVC-coated, stainless steel (best for corrosion resistance), and rebar welded wire mesh for heavy-duty applications.

Edge Conditions: Available in trimmed edges for standard sheets and untrimmed edges, usually for heavy-duty mesh.

Customization: We provide various hole shapes including square, rectangular, and customized rhombus shapes.
