Description of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Materials available in SUS302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L. Typical Weaving Patterns include Plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave. Standard lengths are 30m (up to 200m) with widths ranging from 1m to 2.0m. Specialized widths from 2.0M to 6.0M are available for paper-making applications.
Mesh Weaving Types:
- 🔹 Plain Weave: The most basic weave where warp and weft form a simple criss-cross pattern.
- 🔹 Twill Weave: Each weft yarn floats across warp yarns in a progression to form a diagonal line (wale).
- 🔹 Plain Dutch Weave: Similar to plain weave but with different wire diameters and mesh sizes for warp and weft.
- 🔹 Twill Dutch Weave: Combines twill weaving with varying wire diameters.
- 🔹 Reversed Dutch Weave: Features thicker warp wires and fewer weft wires compared to standard Dutch weave.
